A unique, nordic programme

Performs research and development tasks within transport and storage of powder, process/equipment design, separation and characterization of particulate materials.

Performs research on CO2 capture and studies in the intersection between research and full scale operation, including feasibility studies, studies on the CO2 chain, environmental assessments, early cost estimation, and studies on the use of biomass for energy purposes.

Develop new business opportunities within the institute and help to put more focus on R & D as a tool for business development in external industrial companies.

A centrally located commercial building at Kjølnes in Porsgrunn owned and drifted by Tel-Tek. Here you will find tenants and incubator companies within technology, consultancy, IT etc.

New web-site for Interreg-project

The Interreg IVA project is a collaboration across borders and disciplines. The goal is to see how an infrastructure for CCS can be developed in the best possible way in the Skagerrak / Kattegat region, to capture and store 10 million tonnes of CO2. Visit the site.
