Performs research and development tasks within transport and storage of powder, process/equipment design, separation and characterization of particulate materials.

Performs research on CO₂ capture and studies in the intersection between research and full scale operation, including feasibility studies, studies on the CO₂ chain, environmental assessments, early cost estimation, and studies on the use of biomass for energy purposes.

Develop new business opportunities within the institute and help to put more focus on R & D as a tool for business development in external industrial companies.
